Pedram, at just 34, has forged a hands-on career across investment banking, investment management, private equity, and entrepreneurship. Most recently, he exited his own financial technology venture, which provided high-net-worth individuals with advanced investment intelligence across equities, ETFs, and digital assets.

Prior to his entrepreneurial success, Pedram held senior roles at Financial Technology Partners in London, where he led multi-billion-dollar M&A deals and capital raises in a demanding investment banking environment. He also brought his expertise to Clermont Group, a multi-billion-dollar private investment fund, where he executed large-scale investments across public and private markets. His work spanned various strategies, including distressed and active investment approaches.

In his role at SME Capital UK, Pedram developed a predictive corporate bankruptcy model, which assessed the financial health and risk profiles of small and medium-sized enterprises. This model enabled growth and acquisition financing for SMEs, with funding ranges from $500,000 to £5 million.

In addition to his professional accomplishments, Pedram contributes his expertise as a board advisor for Richmond Business School. He is a CAIA (Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst) and FDP (Financial Data Professional) charterholder. Academically, Pedram holds an MSc in Finance and Management from Cranfield School of Management and graduated summa cum laude as valedictorian from Richmond, the American University in London with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration: Finance.

James is a seasoned investment professional with over two decades of experience across investment management, private equity, disruptive technologies, and corporate strategy.

As a Partner at Gladstone Management, a $2 billion equity long/short investment firm, James drove the strategic change programme and led the quantitative team in enhancing the firm’s research and risk management capabilities.

Previously, he held pivotal roles in diverse organizations, such as Fnality, where he served as CFO/Head of Commercial Strategy, and drove the evolution of Fnality from pre-series A to a fully established pre-revenue business. This included raising £47.5 million and helping to design the commercial strategy for blockchain-based cash transfer systems. At Arrowgrass Capital Partners, a $6 billion investment manager, he launched a disruptive technology research function, supported the acquisition of multiple fintech firms and co-founded a new fund.

James’ career also includes senior roles at Deutsche Bank, where he drove transformation projects for the global markets business, and as a founder of Majorband Limited, his entrepreneurial venture in internet and mobile consulting. His expertise spans from launching and acquiring business, managing large-scale financial functions, to guiding businesses through complex transformations.

Executive Chairman

Jim is a seasoned business leader and investor with extensive experience across financial services, technology, manufacturing, and real estate.

As a Non-Executive Director at Copper Technologies and Copper Markets, Jim provides governance, financial oversight, and risk management expertise. Previously, as Executive Chair at Fnality International, he led strategic initiatives across six jurisdictions, navigating regulatory complexities and driving innovation in digital finance—skills that translate directly to preparing businesses for acquisition.

Beyond finance, Jim has been an active entrepreneur, owning and directing businesses in manufacturing, sportswear, real estate, and fitness. His hands-on experience gives him a unique perspective on scaling operations, streamlining financials, and structuring high-value deals.

Jim’s career also includes senior leadership roles at Deutsche Bank, where he led global operations and trading functions. He has served on multiple boards, including R.A.D Future Limited and "Onwards & Upwards" Charity, and as Chairman of Rosslyn Park Rugby Football Club.
